All money paid back to customers in the period, without VAT. It covers returns, missing items and goodwill. Money back on cancelled orders is left out.
- When to use
Use it to see the money that went back after a sale. To see the share of sales that comes back, use Return rate (value). To plan for returns still to come, use Expected returns.
