Description: The count of customers with at least one order in a set number of past days. The shop picks the number of days, such as 365.
When to use: Use it to see the size of the customer base that still buys. To see how many of them are new, use New customers.
Formula: Count the customers with at least one order in the chosen number of days. Count back from the last day of the period.
