Orders cancelled before they ship, as a share of all orders placed. It counts cancels by the customer and by the shop.
- When to use
Use it to spot stock errors, fraud checks and customers who change their mind. To see orders that come back after delivery, use Return rate (items).

Cancelled orders divided by all orders placed, cancelled ones included.
