What we store

• Your name and email address, from your Google account.
• The organization and role you give us when you sign up.
• Whether you said yes to notes from us. We email you only if you did.
• Your books, every metric in them, and the history of every change.
• Your conversations with the assistant, and what each one cost to answer.
• The apps you connect to your book, such as your own Claude, so you can see them and take access back.

Signing in sets a cookie that keeps you signed in.

Who else sees it

When you use the assistant, your messages and the book you are working on are sent to Anthropic, which runs the model that writes the answer.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.

Delete everything

Go to Settings and choose Delete account. Your account, your books and their history, your assistant conversations and the apps you connected are deleted together, straight away.
